2. The Site Is Pre-Launch

The Sim Lounge Golf & Sport is under construction and opening soon. All content, features, pricing, membership details, simulator availability, and event offerings described on the Site are subject to change before opening. Nothing on the Site forms a binding contract, reservation, or confirmed booking.

3. Opening List and Lead Forms

When you join the opening list or submit a lead form, you may be asked for your name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to include. Submitting this information tells us you are interested in updates about the lounge. It does not guarantee membership, priority access, or a specific opening date.

4. Email and Text Message Marketing

By providing your email address or mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive marketing and informational messages from us about the lounge, build updates, founding member opportunities, events, and promotions. Message frequency will vary. Email messages may include newsletters and announcements. Text messages may include automated or manually sent updates.
